Gene & Stacy {+8}

My sis, her gentlemen friend and 8 adorable kids...

Dan & Margo {38 years married}

This photo session was a birthday present from their kids, Josh and Laura, who's family I photographed a few months ago.  Even though it was another hot day, it was absolutely gorgeous at their home on the lake.  It was great getting to know them as I photographed the two of them 'in love'...I hope my husband and I have this much fun getting pictures taken when we've been married that long!

Mark & Deana {30 years married}

I have known Mark and Deana as long as I can remember.  They started dating when Deana was a young teenager, kept their relationship strong through Mark's time in the Marines with [hand-written] letters and all these years later, will be celebrating their 30 year wedding anniversary this summer.  They have three fanstantic children, who I used to babysit back in the day who have a wonderful example of what a marriage should be and can be.  I was honored to mark this point in their marriage.

Elamie & Kyle {engaged!}

I met Elamie a couple years ago when she was the maid of honor in a wedding I photographed.  I was honored when she asked me to take her engagment pictures.  Her adorable little daughter also got to take part in the excitement.  Venturing around Pokagon State Park on a 90 degree day, we got several fun pictures and moments of sweet, young love.  Here's your preview!

The Cupp Family

I got to spend the day before Mother's Day capturing memories for one of the sweetest mothers I know.  It has been such a blessing watching their family grow over the years, especially now with the newest little addition, Kaleb.  There is lots of love in this family and pretty sure it comes through in each of these pictures!

Well...it's a first for me...photographing three little bundles...at the same time!  Another session that had me in tears as I was editing.  It was not very long ago that Glenn and Theresa weren't parents, only hoping...and here we are and they are parents to four adorable and amazing little ones.  Blessed beyond measure.   I will be photographing these boys each month as they grow, and I am sooo thrilled to watch them change throughout this first year!  I absolutely LOVE all their sweet little expressions!
I love this picture...and the first thing I noticed was how Theresa's fingers are so widely spread apart.  All too soon, it won't matter how far she spreads those fingers because those boys will be off and runnig.  The second thing I noticed, of course, was Nathan gazing up at his mama.  {priceless}

The role of 'big' sister is a very BIG challenge in this case!
